e:con is for all student leaders in Christian Unions in Ireland, including:

• Small group leaders
• Committee members
• Leaders of small CUs
• Outgoing leaders

e:con will feature Main Sessions with worship, prayer and teaching from David Montgomery.

e:con will provide practical training for CU leaders through seminars in three streams

• New leaders (inc. remaining leaders)
• Small groups (inc. small CUs)
• Transition (for leaders stepping down)

e:con also includes time to hang out and get to know other students, to reflect and pray, or to enjoy a choice of free-time options. There will be a stimulating bookstall, a creative prayer room, a banquet, and lots more.
