Introducing New Staff & Relay Team 2006

Since April last year we have been asking you to pray for us as we appointed three new staff workers to replace Susanne, Kevin and John-Mark. Your prayers have been answered in the form of Lorraine, Patrick and Rachel who joined the team at the start of September.
Lorraine was part of our Relay team two years ago and served as an associate staff worker last year. Having been mentored by Susanne she is well equipped to step into her shoes. Joining her in Dublin is Patrick, who was a leader in the CU at UCD and since graduating has been an MTS volunteer in Grosvenor Road Baptist Church, Dublin, and has worked as a consultant for Deloitte & Touche. Rachel studied French with English Literature at UUC, served on the CU committee and lead worship, and has just completed a two year “Bible and Church Missions” diploma at Belfast Bible in College. She is now returning to Coleraine to looking after the CUs in the North-West.
You may also remember that we asked you to pray for final year students to consider being part of this years’ Relay team? Once again your prayers have been answered - abundantly. We are delighted to have five graduates joining us for this year-long discipleship course working alongside our campus staff. Peter and Meabh are working with Damien in Munster, Hannah is in Dublin with Lorraine, and Martyn and Keeva join Sam and Cath in Belfast.
Our recent Staff & Families weekend in Greystones was a great way to begin the new academic year together. Please pray that we will continue to grow as a team, working well together and caring well for each other over the coming year.
