IFES' vision, mission and values

As a movement we are guided by three statements: vision, mission and values, which sum up what we aim to accomplish under God's direction, and how we believe we should go about fulfilling this role. We also have a Doctrinal Basis, which is a summary of our foundational Christian beliefs. Read more about this.

...for Churches

IFES Ireland believes that making disciples is a mission given to the local church. As such we see ourselves as serving the church in Ireland, helping it to be effective in its mission among students.

...for new students

Christian Unions are always glad to welcome new students. You may know, or be, a prospective student who would appreciate contact with the CU at the beginning of term.

...for parents

The student world is a thoroughly unique environment.  It is more all-encompassing than school, probably one of the most intensive environments that someone can go through in life.
